No Refunds Policy

All purchases on AnthroVerse are for digital content and downloadable resources. Once a purchase is completed, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable, irrespective of usage or download status.

Why no refunds?

Our courses (PYQs, Test Series, notes) are digital products that can be viewed and/or downloaded immediately after payment. Because delivery is instant and irreversible, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Failed or duplicate payments

If your account is charged but access is not granted, or you were charged twice for the same course, email contactus@anthroverse.in with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will investigate and reverse any unintended duplicate charges within 7-10 working days.
