By using AnthroVerse ("Platform"), operated by NILAN Learning, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Course access
Free content is accessible to registered users without payment. Premium content unlocks after successful payment via Razorpay. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Intellectual property
All course material — text, PDFs, diagrams, and audio/video — is the intellectual property of NILAN Learning and its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share your downloaded copies with any third party.
4. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. All purchases are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
5. Prohibited use
- Sharing account credentials.
- Uploading downloaded material to any public forum, Telegram, Google Drive link, or other platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or breach the security of the Platform.
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and legal action.
6. Disclaimers
Content is provided "as-is" for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of exam results. Aspirants remain responsible for their own preparation strategy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NILAN Learning's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
